乌贼墨对免疫低功小鼠的免疫促进作用

摘　　要：目的探讨乌贼墨促进免疫低功小鼠免疫功能的作用。方法按0.1,0.25和0.5mL剂量给C57BL/6小鼠灌胃5%的新鲜乌贼墨,每日1次,连续7d,并在给药的第1日和第2日同时腹腔注射环磷酰胺造成免疫功能低下模型,第9日检测小鼠免疫功能的变化。结果乌贼墨可促进免疫低功小鼠的脾淋巴细胞增殖;增强NK细胞杀伤活性;提高免疫效应分子TNF-α,IFN-γ及一氧化氮(NO)的产生水平。结论乌贼墨可增强固有免疫细胞和特异性免疫细胞的活性,调节细胞因子和效应分子的分泌,刺激免疫低功小鼠的免疫功能恢复。Objective To investigate the role of the squid ink in the recovery of immune function in the im muno-suppression mice. Methods Squid ink on the concentration of 5% at dosages of 0. 1, 0. 25 and 0. 5mL was intragastric administrated for 7 days to the immuno suppression mice. The immune functions were detected on day 9. Results Administration of the squid ink augmented the proliferation of splenic lymphocytes and the killing activity of NK cells. Meanwhile,as well as increased levels of TNF-α, IFN- γ and nitric oxide in the culture supernatant of splenic lymphocytes in the immuno-suppression mice. Conclusion Squid ink plays critical role in recovery of the cellular immunity in immuno-suppression mice.
