摘  要:目的研究芫花药材的高效液相色谱指纹图谱。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱柱:Kromasil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.05%磷酸水,梯度洗脱,体积流量:1.0mL/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:238nm。结果在色谱指纹图谱中,确立了其中21个共有峰,建立了芫花药材的共有模式,在19批芫花药材中有17批样品的指纹图谱相似度在0.90以上。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,为评价芫花药材的质量提供了依据。Objective To establish the chromatographic fingerprint analysis for the quality control of los Genkwa Methods RP-HPLC Method was applied to establish the chromatographic fingerprint. The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with a gradient elution composed of methanol and 0.05% phosphate acid.The column temperature was set at 35 ℃ and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The detective wavelength was at 238 nm.Results Twenty one characteristic peaks were established in the fingerprin.The mutual model of Flos Genkwa was established and the similarities were calcu lated.The similarity of 17 samples in all the 19 samples was more than 0.90.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility.It can be used for the quality control of Flos Genkwa.
