摘　　要：介绍了焦炉护炉设备施工工序流程、上道工序的交接、设备单体的检查验收、预安装及准备工作,鉴于7.63m与6m及以下炭化室焦炉护炉设备的结构差异较大,对比介绍了安装与加压调整时,采取的不同方法和控制手段,提出了施工主要质量控制点、偏差等级。对焦炉护炉设备合理的施工安装,有助于施工成本的降低,保证施工安全。The installation of the oven guard equipment and its pressure adjustment is an important issue in the construction of oven guard equipment.The structures of the oven guard equipment for carbonization chambers ranging from 7.63m to 6m and below are quite different.The paper gives an introduction to the different ways for installation and pressure adjustment of the oven guard equipment,it also suggests the main quality control points and deviation rating of such construction.
