摘  要:针对氨作碱源氧化法焦炉煤气(COG)脱硫效率低的问题,提出了一系列改进措施:采用间接横管煤气预冷器,实现脱硫过程低温化;扩大向脱硫系统补充的氨资源;采用分段吸收并适当增大脱硫液循环量,实现H_2S吸收推动力的最大化;采用高效888脱硫剂等。改进后H_2S质量浓度从原来的5g/m^3~6g/m^3降到10mg/m^3左右,可满足甲醇生产的要求。As the oxidation method(with ammonia as the alkali source) for removing sulfur from the coke oven gas (COG) is low in efficiency,the paper put forward a series of measures for improvement,e.g.adopting indirect transverse tubular gas precooler,carrying out desulfurization at a low temperature,increasing the ammonia make-up for the desulfurization system,performing the absorption at different sections,properly increasing the recycle amount of the desulfurization liquid,maximizing the H_2S absorption impetus and adopting the 888 desulfurization agent.After such improvement,the H2S mass concentration can be decreased form approximately 5g/m^3~6g/m^3 down to 10mg/m^3.This can satisfy the requirement for methanol production.
