疏血通注射液配合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化闭塞症21例

摘　　要：目的探讨疏血通注射液配合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法 42例2型糖尿病合并下肢动脉粥样硬化闭塞症患者随机分为两组,治疗组21例采用疏血通注配合前列地尔治疗,对照组21例采用前列地尔治疗,疗程1个月。结果治疗组21例中,总有效率95.24%,对照组21例中,总有效率76.19%,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论疏血通注射液配合前列地尔治疗糖尿病下肢动脉粥样硬化闭塞症具有较好的疗效。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combination of Shuxuetong injection and Alprostadil on DLASO Methods 42 type 2 diabetic patients with LLASO were divided into two groups. Combination of Shuxuetong injection and Alprostadil was used to treat 21 patients in treatment group and Alprostadil was used to treat 21 patients in controlling group for one month. Results Total effective rate was 95.24 % in treatment group and 76. 19 % in controlling group. treatment group is obviously better than controlling group with statistic significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Combined treatment of Shuxuetong injection and Alprostadil has good effect on DLASO.
