摘　　要：运用文献资料法,问卷调查法对青海省海东地区八所中学3140多名13—18岁汉族、土族学生的体质状况进行调查分析,力求全面掌握海东中学生体质健康状况,为推动全民健身的实施,更好的发展海东地区中学生的体质,提出相应的对策.This study was conducted through applying related research results and questionnaires.3140 Han Chinese and Mongour students,aged from 13-18,from eight high schools in Haidong Region participated in the study.This research aims to achieve a thorough understanding of students＇physical health condition in Haidong,and to provide suggestions on the improvement of local students＇physical health condition.
