摘 要:本文研究了不同NaCl浓度(0(CK)、0.1%、0.3%、0.5%))处理对不同葡萄品种叶片中叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:随盐胁迫浓度的增加,可变荧光(Fv)、最大荧光(Fm)、可变荧光与最大荧光比(Fv/Fm)、可变荧光与初始荧光比(Fv/F0)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)均降低,而初始荧光(F0)升高,非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ)不同品种间反应不同,说明光系统Ⅱ受到了伤害,使得PSⅡ原初光能转换效率、PSⅡ潜在活性降低;光合电子传递、光合原初反应过程受到抑制。盐胁迫下各品种间叶绿素荧光参数变化幅度为:双优>双丰>贝达>京优,说明双丰和双优叶绿素荧光参数受盐害影响要大于京优。In this paper, the effect of different concentrations NaCl (0 (CK) . 0.1%. 0.3%. 0.5%) ) on chlorophyⅡ fluorescence parameters of leaf in different grape varieties was studied. The results showed the variable fluorescence (Fv). maximum fluorescence (Fro). the ratio of the variable to maximum fluorescence (Fv/Fm), the ratio of the variable to minimal fluorescence (Fv/F0) and the photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) of leaf decreased with increase of salt concentrations, while the minimal fluorescence (Fo) increased and non-photochemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) of the varieties varied differently. These results suggested that photosystem Ⅱ could be damaged, causing some decrease of primary light energy conversion and potential activities of PS Ⅱ and inhabitation of photosynthetic electron transport and primary photosynthetic reaction. The change amplitude of the cultivars can be summarized as: Shuangyou 〉 Shuangfeng 〉 Beta 〉 Jingyou, indicating that chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Shuangyou and Shuangfeng were affected by salt stress more seriously.
