摘 要:根据布沼坝露天煤矿五期扩建剥离工作需要和泥灰岩剥离特点,提出新增半连续工艺与原有连续工艺系统的四种配合方式:独立布置、联合布置独立给料、联合布置联合给料和取消连续工艺系统。对四种方式进行了详细的比较,认为半连续工艺投入初期采用联合布置方式较优,卡车—破碎站系统和轮斗挖掘机并联布置,独立向带式输送机运输系统给料;后期取消连续工艺系统,简化泥灰岩剥离工艺系统布置。According to the stripping requirements and marlite stripping features of the fifth phase expansion of Buzhaoba Surface Mine, the paper provided the four fitting modes base on the new semi - continued stripping technique and the previous continued technique and they were the independent layout; combined layout with independent feeding, combined layout with combined feeding and no continued technique system. The detail comparison was conducted on the four modes. It was held that the combined layout mode of the semi - continued technique at the initial period would be optimized with the parallel layout of the truckrushing station and bucket wheel excavator, and a feeding with independent belt conveyor transportation system. Later the continued technique system was eliminated and the layout of the marlite stripping technique system was simplified.
