摘 要:按常规投照技术要求摄取的髌骨轴位片,常因中心线入射角度或入射点选择不准确而导致摄影失败。这与膝关节和髌股关节解剖特征和活动规律有关。根据关节的上述特征设计的“仰卧位髌骨轴位投照技术”改变摄影体位和中心线调整方法,使髌骨轴位摄影操作简单化,中心线调整方式的可操作性增强.经过67例的摄影实践,证明使用这种技术,单侧和双侧髌骨轴位摄影照片优质率分别为80%和90%,照片优质串明显提高。采用这种技术患者体位舒适,容易配合,在屈膝30~70度之间均可获得满意的髌骨轴位影像。To take an axial view radiograph of the patella using conventional exposure technique often leads to failure due to incorrect incident angle or incident point, which may be contributed to the anatomic feature and movement mode of the knee joint and patella-femur joint' Based on the anatomic characteristics of the patella, a new exposure technique for taking an axial view radiograph of the patella with patient lain in supine position was developed. The change of the patient' s position and modification of the central line adjustment method can sboplify the radiographic procedure. 67 patients undergone radiography of the patella by use of this technique demonstracted that the excellent rate of the unilateral and hilateral axial view radiographs of the Patella reached 80% and .90% respectively. The change of the fortion makes the patients more comfortable and the satisfactory radiographs can be obtained with the knee flexion between 30 to 70 degrees.
