摘 要:热压过滤干燥脱水是机械过滤脱水与热力干燥脱水集成创新的一项交叉技术,可突破机械脱水的极限,一次性将悬浮液分离成清澈液体和干燥的固体粉末。文章介绍了集成创新热压过滤干燥脱水原理,明晰其工艺简捷和节能降耗的技术特点,并以浮选精煤为例,实验研究了操作的工艺参数,指出最大脱水速率发生在饱和蒸汽脱水峰面扩散阶段。the thermal compression filtration, drying dewatering is a new innovated crossing technology integrated with the mechanical filtration dewatering and thermal drying dewatering, which could break the limit of the mechanical dewatering and could separate the clean liquid and dry solid powder from the floated liquid. The paper introduced the principle of the integrated innovated thermal compression filtration drying dewatering principle and cleanly analyzed the technical features of the simple technique and energy saving. Taking the floatation clean coal as an example, the experiment studied the technical parameters of the operation and provided the max dewatering rate occurred at the spreading stage of the saturated steam dewatering peak.
