摘 要:采用平衡振荡法、液相色谱分析技术和5种模型分析了一种新型除草剂—单嘧磺隆在8种农田土壤中的吸附特性及其机理.Freundlich能够较好的描述单嘧磺隆在8种土壤中吸附特性能,其Kads-f在0.417~3.523之间变化,吸附顺序为:2#土壤>6#土壤>3#土壤>4#土壤>1#土壤>7#土壤>8#土壤>5#土壤.吸附等温线常数1/nads在0.748~0.943之间变化,呈现出非曲线形式.同时结果表明,单嘧磺隆在供试土壤中具有较弱到中等的吸附能力,这和土壤的理化性质密切相关,其中土壤有机质含量是影响吸附最重要的因子.此外,单嘧磺隆在土壤中的吸附随pH值增加而减弱.The adsorption characteristics of monosulfuron,a new herbicide widely used,were conducted by equilibration oscillation experiments and HPLC technique in 8 agricultural soil samples collected from China.Furthermore,data were analyzed with mathematic models to describe the characteristics and mechanism of adsorption in soils.The results showed that the adsorption of monosulfuron in 8 soils fitted Freundlich equation well with Kads-f values of monosulfuron varying between 0.417 and 3.523.The adsorption order was 2# soil〉6# soil〉3# soil〉4# soil〉1# soil〉7# soil〉8# soil〉5# soil.The isothermal lines for monosulfuron adsorption were nonlinear(1/nads ranged from 0.748 to 0.943).Data obtained from adsorption experiments indicated that monosulfuron had weak and moderate adsorption capability in different soils,which was correlated significantly with soil properties.The soil organic content was the most important factor for adsorption.Meanwhile,the extent of monosulfuron adsorption in soil decreased with increasing pH value.
