摘  要:研究了中性缓冲溶液中葡萄糖氧化酶在去甲肾上腺素循环伏安电氧化聚合膜中的共沉积.考察了共沉积时去甲肾上腺素和葡萄糖氧化酶浓度的影响,结果表明5.5 mmol/L去甲肾上腺素(NA)和4.0 mg/mL葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)时所制葡萄糖传感器性能最佳.也考察了检测电位、溶液pH及电活性物质干扰等因素.当溶液pH值为7.0,检测电位为0.7 V时,传感器响应电流与葡萄糖浓度在0.05~9.1 mmol/L之间呈现良好的线性关系,检测下限为2μmol/L(S/N=3),且传感器的响应时间短(15 s内)、抗干扰能力强、稳定性好.测得固定酶的米氏常数(Kmapp)为11.3 mmol/L.The coprecipitation of glucose oxidase(GOD) in the noradrenaline(NA) polymer film in neutral buffer solution was studied.Effects of concentrations of NA and GOD on coprecipitation were investigated,and the optimal concentrations for glucose sensing were found to be 5.5 mmol/L NA and 4.0 mg/mL GOD.Effects of various experimental parameters on glucose sensing,including the applied potential,solution pH and electroactive interference substances,were discussed.When the testing potential was 0.7 V and the solution pH was 7.0,the response current had a good linear relationship with the glucose concentration from 0.05 to 9.1 mmol/L.The lower limit of detection was 2 μmol/L(S/N=3),the response time was short(within 15 s).The biosensor had good anti-interferent ability and stability.The Michaelis constant(Kappm) was estimated as 11.3 mmol/L.
