基于GIS的集体建设用地土地级别评定——以温江区万春镇为例

摘　　要：针对集体建设用地土地级别的确定展开讨论,级别的评定是价格确定的基础,它为土地价值的评定给出优、良、中、差不同的等级,为日后价格在各个不同等级上计算打下基础,不仅具有理论意义也同样具备实际操作性.在此基础上,以温江区万春镇为例简要介绍了有关集体建设用地土地级别确定的方法.This paper gives a discussion about land level determination of collective construction land.The assessment of land level is the basis for the assessment of land value.This discussion gives excellent,good,fair,and poor different grades for future prices calculated at various levels,which has not only theoretical significance but also practical operation.Based on this basis,taking Wanchun Town of Wenjiang District of Chengdu City as an example,this paper briefly describes the determination method of land level for the collective construction land.
