摘　　要：目的：论述国家处方集的意义和作用。方法：文献检索及述评。从国家处方集本身及其相关的政策两方面进行阐述。结果和结论：国家处方集是指导医生合理、安全、有效地进行药物治疗的手册；是实施国家药物政策和基本药物制度和支持医院管理机构（药物与治疗学委员会）的重要文件。Objective： To discuss the significant and role of the National Formulary. Methods： Literature retrieval was adopted and commentary was made. Expatiation was made from two sides： the National Formulary itself and its related policies. Results and Conclusions： The National Formulary is a guide to physician for rational, safety, and effective drug treatment and a document for implementation of the National Drug Policy and the Essential Drug System and for support the Drug and Therapeutics Committees as well.
