摘　　要：低温等离子体技术是一种新的表面改性方法,被认为是偶联剂技术的新发展。从等离子体处理方法和装置、处理后无机粉体的表面性质、使用性能等方面详细阐述了这一方法,并对该领域的研究进行了评述。In this paper, a new method of surface modification of inorganic powder by low tcmperature plas-ma is reviewed. The surface properties and mechanical performances of plasma-treated powder arc discussed. Moreover, we point out the futuru directions of development.
