摘　　要：本文基于我国政府投资项目管理现状,分析了我国政府投资项目管理中存在的一些问题,以和谐管理理论、利益相关方理论、冲突理论和管理沟通理论为理论基础,构建了由微观和谐、中观和谐和宏观和谐三个层次构成的政府投资项目和谐管理体系,并从注重绿色施工,改革管理体制、创新管理模式,坚持以人为本三个方面阐述了政府投资项目和谐管理的实施思路,结合佛山"一环"工程,分析并总结了该工程和谐项目管理的具体措施和成功经验。This text is based on the current situation of the government investment project management in our country, analyzes the problems existing in the government investment project management in our country and takes the harmonious management theory, interested party theory, conflict theory and management communication theory as the theoretical basis. The harmonious management mode of government engineering project, which consists of microcosmic harmony, middle harmony and macroscopic harmony three levels, is proposed. The specific executing thought for harmonious management of government investment project is elaborated from three aspects which are advancing the system change of government investment project management, paying attention to green construction, management mode innovation, and persisting people foremost and other aspects. A ＂One Ring＂ project in Foshan is combined and the specific measures of the harmonious project management of the two projects are analyzed. And the success experience of the two projects is concluded.
