摘　　要：在人地矛盾尖锐、可持续发展成为人们共识的今天,农村土地产权制度创新成为理论和政策研究较为薄弱的方面,特别是伴随着中国各项改革步伐加快,全面建设农村小康社会的实施,新的经济形式和模式不断涌现,需要对中国农村土地产权制度创新问题进行深入的研究。十六大提出全面建设小康社会的目标,使"三农"问题再度引起关注。而农户作为我国农村一个重要的经济组织,其经济收入增长,已成为解决"三农"问题的焦点。就当前而言,影响农户经济收入增长的原因错综复杂,然而农户投资仍然是其中最为直接、最为主要的影响因素。Nowadays, there has been contradiction between human beings and the land, which needs sustainable development. The innovation of rural land property rights system becomes the weak step on theory and policy research. Especially the increasing refurm in China, and the comprehensive implementation of the construction well-off society, new economic forms and modes are constantly emerging, it is necessary to research the innovation of rural land property rights system. ＂16th Congress＂ put forward the goal of comprehensive construction of well-off society, and the issues of agriculture, farmer and rural area have been concerned again. As the important economic organization, peasant household, its economic income growth has become the focus of problems. There are many and complex reasons influencing the growth, but investment is still one of the most direct and important factors.
