摘　　要：本文阐述了工程实训基地的建设,网络化信息平台的建立和提高师资队伍的综合素质,就如何规范教学管理,实现资源共享,提升工程实践教学的效率和水平,促进工程实训基地建设的可持续发展等进行了分析与论述。This article describes the construction of engineering training base, the construction of network information platform as well as enhancing the overall quality of teachers. And then the author analyzes and discusses from these four aspects： how to standardize teaching management, sharing resources, enhancing the efficiency of engineering practice and level of education, facilitating the sustainable development in constructing engineering training base.
