摘　　要：通过构建评价指标体系,确定其权重、评价因素集和评语集,并建立评价矩阵,进行模糊运算得到综合评价结果,从而验证模糊综合评定法在开发区土地集约利用评价中的有效性和准确性。We mainly aim at establishing a scientific assessment method for intensive use evaluation,and bring the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method into practice.Firstly evaluation factors and evaluation level classifications of land intensive use of the development zone are established.Then,the falling trapezoid subordinate function and the evaluation results by integrated calculation are set up.The results show that land intensive evaluation using fuzzy comprehensive appraisal is stable and reliable.
