摘　　要：阐述了我国数字集群发展、TETRA系统应用和国内外TETRA性能增强情况,阐述了自主创新发展我国数字集群/应急通信和无线城市/数字城市的重要性,详细阐述了我国自主创新数字集群标准化、产业发展的可喜进展及我国数字集群的未来发展策略思路。It describes the digital trunking in China, TETRA system application and its performance enhancement of the world.
