摘　　要：以电信运营支撑分布式系统为研究主体,结合系统涉众的产业链和价值链,分析了其面向体验质量(QoE)需求的重要性,并且根据用户体验过程和用户体验的蜂窝模型划分出了其用户体验层次模型。Taking telecom operation support distributed system as subjects, it analyzes the importance of QoE requirements in combination with the industry chain and value chain related with the system. It also presents the user experience levels model according to user experience process and cellular model.
