摘  要:无土栽培条件下,初步研究了沼液和化学肥料组合施用对小白菜(Brassica chinensis L.)产量及品质的影响。结果表明,当所施用的沼液营养液肥配方为每升沼液营养液肥中含沼液250 mL,配入3.0g尿素、2.7 g磷酸二氢钾、1.1 g氯化钙、2.5 g硫酸镁和2 mL微量元素储备液(处理3),小白菜产量最高,为10.6克/株,而且,与单纯施用化学肥料营养液(对照)相比,小白菜品质指标硝氮、Vc、可溶性糖及叶绿素含量并没有下降。生产中,合理利用沼液栽培小白菜,对提高其产量和品质有积极的作用。Effects of biogas slurry and chemical fertilizer compound application on yield and the nutritional quality of pai-tsai(Brassica chinensis L.) were studied under soilless culture.The results showed that the highest fresh yield,10.6 g/plant,of the pai-tsai was obtained with the application of biogas slurry liquid nutritional formula in which containing 250 mL biogas slurry per liter biogas slurry nutrient solution,as well as 3.0 g/L urea,2.7 g/L KH2PO4,1.1 g/L CaCl2,2.5 g/L MgSO4 7H2O and 2 mL/L of trace reserve liquid elements(treatment 3).And the nutritional quality of the pai-tsai,e.g.NO3--N,Vc,the soluble sugar content and the chlorophyll content,did not really decline compared to only chemical nutrient solution applied(CK).So in pai-tsai soilless culture production,the appropriate application of biogas slurry nutrient solution could have a positive role on its vegetable yield and the nutritional quality improvements.
