摘  要:研究了不同配比的新型膨胀阻燃体系[1,2,3-三(5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧杂己内磷酰氧基)苯(FR)/多聚磷酸铵(APP)]对聚丙烯(PP)阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明:当膨胀阻燃体系m(FR)/m(APP)为1:2,总添加量为30%时,与纯PP相比,阻燃PP复合材料的极限氧指数从19.7%提高到27.5%,最大分解速率从2.33%/min降低到1.91%/min,600℃残炭量从6.8%上升至22.8%,呈现良好的膨胀阻燃效果。随着w(APP)的增加,拉伸强度呈下降趋势,简支梁缺口冲击强度逐渐增大。This paper studied the effect of intumescent flame retardant consisting of 1,2,3-tris(5,5-dimethyl- 1,3- dioxaphosphorinanyl-2-oxy)benzene(FR)/ammonium polyphosphate(APP) with different proportioning on flame retardancy and mechanical properties of polypropylene(PP). When the content of FR/APP was 30% and the mass ratio of FR to APP was 1 : 2, compared with pure PP, the limited oxygen index of PP/FR/APP system increased from 19.7% to 27.5%, the maximum mass-loss rate of the system decreased from 2.33 %/min to 1.91%/min, while the carbon residue ratio at 600 ℃ rose to 22.8% from 6.8%. The results demonstrate that the FR/APP make a significant contribution to the flame retardancy of PP because the formed intumescent carbon layer protects the interior matrix from further burning. With the increase in APP mass fraction the composite's tensile strength tends to be lowered whereas its notched Charpy impact strength gradually augments.
