摘　　要：为了节约能源,低温磷化工艺的研制与开发日益受到重视。介绍了一种低温低渣高效磷化液,讨论了磷化液中各组分的作用和工艺参数对磷化膜性能的影响。实验结果表明,该磷化液具有溶液稳定、配制简单、成膜温度低、速度快、产渣量少、耐蚀性好等特点。In order to save energy,phosphating at low temperature is attracting more and more attentions.A phosphating solution Characterized by low temperature and little sludge are developed.The influences of the components in the phosphating solution as well as technological parameters on the phosphating coating properties are discussed.The results show that the phosphating solution has many characteristics,such as stabilization,simple preparation,low temperature,fast film-forming,little sludge and good corrosion resistance.
