观赏羽衣甘蓝扦插繁殖初步研究

摘　　要：试验针对观赏羽衣甘蓝最佳扦插繁殖条件,研究分析了基质、激素对生根数量、生根速度、生根长度、茎高和新生芽数量的影响。结果表明:基质为珍珠岩+蛭石,激素为NAA 100mg/kg速蘸条件下,扦插效果最好;NAA在生根速度和生根数量上有优势,IBA在根长的生长上有优势;茎高和新生芽数量只能作为评价羽衣甘蓝扦插的参考指标;水做扦插基质不利于羽衣甘蓝生根。Speed velocity, length, amount about root and stem height, amount about new bud of Brassica oleracea veer. acephala in condition of seven substrates and two incretions which incuding three levels were analysed for probhing into the best condition for cuttage propagation of Brassica oleracea var. acephala. The results showed that the effect of different substrates, hormone concentration and treatment time was different for cuttage and the effect of perlite and vermiculite in condition of NAA 100 mg/kg was the best;the effect of IBA and NAA for root was more great than for stem height and amount about new bud;stem height and amount about new bud were only referred index for evaluatting effect of Brassica oleracea var. acephala, cuttage; effect of Brassica oleracea var. acephala, cuttage which selectting water as substrate was not propitious to taking root.
