摘  要:采用系统预示法初步分析鉴定了犬叶胡颓子茎的化学成分,测定了其醇提物对4种常见的呼吸道感染菌(金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克氏杆菌)和革兰氏阳性代表菌(枯草杆菌)的抑制作用。结果表明:石油醚提取液中含有甾体或三萜类,95%乙醇提取液中合有酚类、鞣质、有机酸、黄酮、甾体、蒽醌、香豆素与萜类内酯和强心苷,水提液中含有糖及苷类、有机酸、蛋白质、氨基酸、皂苷和酚类、鞣质。醇提物对5种供试菌有较强的体外抑制作用,最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为3.332-6.667mg/mL生药。The system pre-test method was used to both preliminary analyze the chemical components from stems of Elaeagnus macrphylla Thunb and testify the antibacterial effects of the alcohol abstracts to four kinds of common respiratory tract infectious hacteria(Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach, Escherichia coli, P. Aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae)and represented gram-positive strain Bacillus subtilis. The results showed there were steroids or triterpenes in petroleum ether abstracts. It contains phenols, tannins, organic acid, flavonoids, steroid, anthraquinone, coumarin, terpene lactone and cardiac glycosides in 95% alcohol abstracts. There were glucose and glycosides, organic acids, proteins, amino acids, saponins and phenols and tannins in water abstracts. The alcohol abstracts exhibits a strong antibacterial effect in vitro to live test strains and the MIC was 3. 332-6. 667 mg/mL.
