布线板式预布线工艺研究与实施

摘　　要：产品工装式预布线工艺及图样式预布线工艺是近年来出现的预布线工艺,这2种预布线工艺在不同的产品上得到了应用与推广。虽然这2种预布线工艺方法在提高产品质量和生产效率方面解决了不少实际问题,但是,其各自的优缺点,在实施的过程中还存在着不同的问题。本文首先对这2种常用的预布线工艺的优缺点进行对比,总结出目前2种预布线工艺上存在的问题。此外,为了解决现有产品工装式预布线工艺和图样式预布线工艺的不足,研究出新的布线板式预布线工艺,并且成功地实施于列车上布线的批量生产。Pre-wiring process in the form of workmanship and facility and in the from of drawing is a new process in recent years, which has been applied and promoted on the different products. Although both of pre-wiring technologies have been used to solve much practical problems on improving product quality and productive efficiency, there are still advantages and disadvantages which produced by two different pre-wiring process in the application. The purpose of this article is not only to summarize the shortcoming of two common pre-wiring technology through comparing the advantage and disadvantage but also to design and research new pre-wiring technology in the form of wiring-plated which was used to solve the existing shortcoming of two pre-wiring technology, and which could be successfully applied to train routing production.
