摘  要:阐述了发动机滚花装配式凸轮轴滚花连接成形原理,进行了轴向滚花压装、扭转试验,分析了压装力及扭转强度的影响因素,并通过数值模拟加以研究。由此得到大量有关压装与扭转的试验数据和相关结论,为设备的研制及滚花装配式凸轮轴的工艺制定提供了可靠的依据。The knurling connection mechanism of the hollow assembled engine camshaft was presented,the press mounting tests and the torque tests of the axial knurling connection were performed,the factors which affect the press mounting force and static torque were analyzed,and the FEM numerical simulation was used to do the research. Therefore a great deal of experimental findings which were related to press mounting and torque test and some conclusions related were obtained. All of these provided the credible basis for the development of assembling equipments and the technology research of the knurling assembled camshafts.
