摘 要:以烟酸为原料,通过酰氯化和硫脲化,合成了5个未见报道的酰胺基酰基硫脲衍生物。经核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析确认了新化合物的结构。初步的生物活性测试结果表明,在500mg/L时N′-邻氟苯甲酰胺基-N-烟酰基硫脲和N′-对氯苯甲酰胺基-N-烟酰基硫脲对黄瓜褐斑病菌抑制率为94.36%和84.68%,N′-邻甲苯甲酰胺基-N-烟酰基硫脲对黄瓜曼枯病菌抑制率为58.16%。Five new thiourea derivatives containing pyridine moiety were synthesized and their structure were confirmed by 1HNMR,MS and elemental analysis.The preliminary bioassay indicated that N-(2-(2-fluorobenzoyl)hydrazinecarbonothioyl)nicotinamide and N-(2-(4-chlorobenzoyl)hydrazinecarbonothioyl)nicotinamide had good fungicidal activities against Corynespora cassiicola.N-(2-(2-methylbenzoyl)hydrazinecarbonothioyl)nicotinamide had moderate fungicidal activity against Ascochyta citrullina Smith.
