摘　　要：20世纪50年代,美国第一家孵化器产生。美国无疑是孵化器发展最早、最完善的国家之一。运用现代产业组织理论中SCP范式,分析了美国企业孵化器产业的发展,分别从市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效3个方面对其进行分析。具体来讲,先分析了美国企业孵化器产业的市场结构,随后对其市场行为进行了分析,从而得出美国孵化器产业的市场绩效,最后根据产业分析总结出美国孵化器产业发展对我国的启示。In the 1950s, the first incubator was set up in America. Business incubator industrial in the United States has a history of nearly half a century and is the most successful and most comprehensive. In the paper, it mainly uses SCP paradigm of industrial organization＇s modem theory to analyze the development of America business incubators industry. The analysis of American business incubator market structure and market conduct is the most important part of the paper, and market performance as well. At last, it sums up the successful experiences of American business incubator industry.
