摘　　要：资源因素是学校技术转移能力的重要决定因素,基于此提出假设:学校类型和学校声誉对学校技术转移能力有重要影响。为验证以上假设,搜集了36所教育部直属高等学校2003—2007年的相关数据,并进行了实证分析。分析结果显示:学校类型和学校声誉是影响技术转移能力的重要影响因素;我国高等学校普遍存在基础研究与应用研究联系不紧密的情况。Technology-transfer plays an important part in utilizing campus technical-innovations, according to the current researches, universities＇ resources are viewed as key factor of the technology-transfer works. On this basis, it derives 2 hypotheses that the type and prestige of schools have great effect on the technology-transfer efficiency. Using the panel data from 2003 to 2007, it estimates 36 universities directly under Ministry of Education, and reveals the school＇s type and prestige dependence for successful technology transfer. In addition, it also reveals the untight connection between basic researches and application researches.
