SiO_2负载全氟磺酸树脂催化合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯

摘　　要：将回收的全氟磺酸离子交换膜制成全氟磺酸树脂溶液,利用溶胶-凝胶法得到全氟磺酸树脂/二氧化硅复合催化剂,并用FT IR,DSC-TG,BET等对其进行表征。将该催化剂用于合成对硝基苯甲酸乙酯,当物料比为n（对硝基苯甲酸）∶n（乙醇）=1∶6,催化剂用量为反应物料的10%（质量分数）,反应温度为78~82°C,反应时间2.5 h时,对硝基苯甲酸乙酯收率可达85.2%。The used perfluorosulfonic acid ion-exchange membrane was recycled by turning into a solution of perfluorosulfonic acid resin.The perfluorosulfonic acid resin/silica composite catalyst was prepared by a sol-gel method,and was characterized by FT IR,DSC-TG,BET measurements.The composite catalyst obtained was used in esterification of p-nitrobenzoic acid.The results showed that at n（p-nitrobenzoic acid）∶n（alcohol）=1∶6, w（catalyst）=10% of feed stock and reaction time of 2.5 h,ethyl pnitrobenzoate could be obtained with a yield of 85.2%.
