摘  要:分析研究了激光拨道网络控制系统的原理,阐述了激光光电池灵敏度死区问题,并给出了解决方案;针对激光拨道零点现场标定困难和精度不高的问题,依据直线公理和直角三角形定理阐述了零点标定的误差来源,推导出了零点标定误差与标定距离、激光接收器死区及标定点各参数之间的关系式;最后指出了减小零点标定误差的具体措施,为激光拨道系统的电气控制和现场调试提供了理论依据。This paper analysed the principle of laser lining network control system and discussed the dead sensitivity of laser battery, based on which, a solution also had been given. According to the difficulties of laser lining of zero point on-site calibration and problems of high accuracy, this paper described error sources of zero calibration and deduced the relationship between zero calibration error and calibration distance, between the dead-zone of laser receiver and the parameters of calibration point. Finally, this paper pointed out a specific measure to reduce calibrating error, and it also provides a theory basis for testing and network controlling of laser lining system.
