百姓放心医院创建活动:医疗质量提升的推手与抓手

摘　　要：通过创建"百姓放心医院"动态管理第二周期及第三批创建活动的考核,认为创建活动已经形成了具有中国特色的医院质量管理实践体系,并具有以下特点:(1)建立了医疗安全保障机制;(2)成为医疗质量提升的有力抓手;(3)抓住了质量建设的核心;(4)提升了数量质量指标;(5)营造了医院安全文化;(6)促进了病历质量的提高。Through creating a ＂Trusted Hospital＂ dynamic management activities in the second cycle and assessment for the third time, it has been formed the hospital quality management practice system with Chinese characteristics. And it has the following characteristics ： （ 1 ） the medical security system has been established ; （ 2 ） it has become a powerful starting point for enhancing quality of medical care; （3） the core of the quality construction has been captured; （4 ） the quantity and quality indicators has improved ; （ 5 ） a hospital culture of safety has been created ; （ 6 ） the quality of the medical records has further improved.
