摘　　要：实现有效的、不间断的医疗质量监控是医院保证医疗质量、提高医院综合实力和实现可持续发展的重要举措。基于HIS数据库,利用PowerBuilder9.0、SQL2003、统计学和计算机网络等知识和技术,打造"十大"质控平台,对医疗环节质量进行实时控制,提高了医疗环节质量,提升了医院综合管理能力,医院的各项业务大幅攀升、新技术蓬勃发展、患者平均医疗费用和住院天数得到控制。The effective, continuous monitoring of medical quality is an important measure to ensure the quality of medical care, improve overall strength and achieve sustainable development in hospital. On the condition of digital hospital, a three - grade -first- level hospital actively explored advanced and effective methods on medical quality management. Based on the HIS database, using PowerBuilder 9.0, SQL2003, statistics, computer networks knowledge and technology, the hospital created ＂Top Ten＂ quality control platform, carried out real -time quality control of medical processes to improve the quality of medical proces- ses and to improve the integrated management capacity, which improved general business in hospital, strengthened high - tech development, controlled and decreased the average medical cost and length of stay, and significantly reduced the number of medical complaints.
