摘　　要：医院内部审核包括质量管理体系的审核、过程质量的审核和产品(服务)的审核3个方面。内部审核结果表明,采取纠正/预防措施和PDCA循环方法可使已发生的不合格服务和潜在的不合格服务得到有效控制。通过内部审核,可以提高医院管理水平。Internal audit in hospitals mainly covers three areas： the audit of quality system, process quality and products （ services）. The results of internal audit in our hospital showed that the hospital quality administration system ISO9001 efficiently operated and took corrective / preventive measures, as well as methods of PDCA cycle to effectively control the service failure that have occurred and potential service failure. Through the implementation of internal audit in hospital, we found out that internal audit has played an active role in improving hospital management.
