摘　　要：文章介绍了基于无芯变压器隔离技术的IGBT驱动芯1ED020I12-FA的主要功能及技术参数,设计分析了该款芯片在中大功率IGBT驱动中的典型应用电路,并详尽阐述了该芯片出色的保护功能。In this paper, the main functions and specifications of IGBT driver IC 1ED020112-FA,which is based on coreless transformer technology are introduced. It also shows how does this driver IC work in the circuit when driving medium and high power IGBTs. The excellent protection features of 1ED020112-FA are also discussed.
