摘　　要：综述了4-香豆酸:辅酶A连接酶(4CL)的功能、功能与结构的关系及晶体学方面的研究进展,以期为4CL蛋白质的结构和功能的进一步研究提供依据。In this paper,the research progress of 4-coumarate：coenzyme A ligase（4CL）was overviewed,containing function,relationship between function and structure,and crystallography.It would provide evidence for further study on the structure and function of 4CL proteins.
