生长素对离体条件下玉米籽粒发育的影响

摘　　要：以玉米杂交种农单5号和农大108为材料,对生长素调控离体培养条件下的玉米籽粒发育情况进行研究。结果表明:随着生长素(NAA)施用浓度的提高玉米籽粒的败育率呈现上升趋势,而籽粒的干重和鲜重呈现下降趋势。表明在玉米籽粒灌浆早期,喷施高浓度的生长素(NAA)会阻碍其生长发育,并降低玉米的经济产量。Taking ＂Nongdan 5＂and ＂Nongda108＂ as materials,the development of maize kernel under the auxin control were studied in vitro culture.The result showed that kernel abortion rate tended to increase with the growth of NAA concentration,but the dry weight and fresh weight of the kernel tended to decrease.It indicated showed that the spraying of high concentration NAA would impede its growth and reduce maize economic yield in the early period of maize grain filling.
