摘　　要：以达赉湖自然保护区为例,阐述了地理信息系统建立和在保护区管理中的应用,包括保护区自然资源以及社会经济信息与数据的管理、保护区野生动物的管理、预测保护区生物多样性分布格局、保护区生境评价与动态监测、保护区规划与可持续发展等方面,并指出达赉湖保护区地理信息系统应用的局限性,提出一些相关建议。Taking Dalai Lake Nature Reserve as an example,the GIS establishment and application in management of nature reserves was introduced,such as the management of natural resources,social and economic data,wildlife conservation,distribution of biodiversity,assessment and monitoring of environment,designing and sustainable development.Then the limitation of GIS application in Dalai Lake Nature Reserve was put forward and the relative suggestions and accommodations were proposed.
