摘 要:利用香蒲绒纤维作吸油材料对含油废水中的机油进行处理,阐述了纤维的吸油机理。研究了该纤维对纯机油以及对含水机油的吸附能力,并研究了纤维的重复利用性能。结果表明,香蒲绒纤维对机油有很好的吸附能力,1g纤维能吸附13~20g的纯机油,能吸附含水机油12~18g;吸油后纤维通过挤压即可重复利用,且经过5次重复试验后1g香蒲绒纤维仍能吸附5~10g的含水机油。The aim of this study is to investigate the utilization of cattail fiber as a sorbent material for the removal of motor oil from water, the oil-sorption mechanism of cattail fiber was expounded. The oil-sorption capacity and reusability of the material were evaluated. The results show the high sorption capacity of cattail fiber (13 -20 goil/gfiber for pure motor oil and 12 - 18 goil/gfiber for motor oil on aqueous medium). The oil sorbed onto the material could be recovered by squeezing the sorbent, and after 5 repetitive experiments, the squeezed materials show an oil-sorption capacity 5 - 10 goil/gfiber. The study shows that the cattail fiber is an effective sorbent for motor oil sorption.
