摘　　要：国际传播是构建国家形象的重要渠道。全国人大新闻的传播与全国人大的诞生相伴而生,它的变化与发展基于改革开放后我国物质文明、精神文明、政治文明的发展。全国人大新闻的国际传播向世界展示了中国物质文明、精神文明与政治文明的进程,构建了逐渐开放、透明、民主的现代中国形象。International communication is an important way of constructing a country image.Accompanied by the National People＇s Congress（NPC）,the NPC press emerged and then served as a window of China＇s development after the reform and opening-up.The international communication of NPC press revealed the country＇s progress of material,spiritual and political civilizations to the whole world,and portrayed a modern Chinese image of openness,transparency and democracy.
