摘 要:使丙烯酰胺基甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)与丙烯酰胺(AM)于50℃、引发剂存在下在水溶液中共聚6小时,以阻聚剂中止共聚反应,得到黏稠产物,用作水泥浆降滤失剂。通过共聚体系中单体总质量分数(6%~10%)、AM、AMPS质量比(0.12~0.16)、引发剂用量(0.3%~0.7%)、pH值(2~13)、反应温度(10~70℃)5个单因素优选实验,得到了一系列共聚产物,以0.4%的加量加入水灰比0.44、以150g/LNaCl盐水配制的G级水泥浆中,考察水泥浆API滤失量,确定最佳共聚条件为:单体总质量分数8%,AM、AMPS质量比0.14,引发剂用量0.5%,反应温度90℃,pH值7。加入最佳条件下合成的共聚物的水泥浆,流动性好,API滤失量约25mL,零析水,90℃时稠度适中,稠化曲线比较符合理想,有一定缓凝性,90℃、24小时强度为21.7MPa,各项性能均有一定可调范围。Through initiated copolymerization of AMPS and AM in aqueous solution at 50℃ over 6 hrs and interuption of the reaction by using an inhibitor,a copolymer in viscous mass was prepared and evatuated as filtrate loss reducer for oilwell cement slurry. In single factor screening experiments for total monomers mass fraction(in range 6%—10%),AM to AMPS mass ratio(in range 0.12—0.16),initiator dosage(in range 0.3%—0.7%),pH value(in range 2—13),and reaction temperature(in range 10—70℃) the copolymer samples synthesized were tested at dosage of 0.4% in a G grade oilwell cement slurry of water to cement ratio 0.44 and prepared in 150 g/L NaCl salt water for API filtrate loss and following optimal parameters of synthesis were chosen:total monomer mass fraction 8%,AM to AMPS mass ratio 0.14,initiator dosage 0.5%,reaction temperature 90℃,and pH=7. Treated by the copolymer synthesized under the optimal conditions,the cement slurry had good fluidity,API filtrate loss of about 25 mL,zero water separation,medium consistency at 90℃,satisfactory thickening behavior,slight retardation of setting,and compression strength of 21.7 MPa after 24 hrs curing at 90℃ meanwhile all the performance properties were subjected to be controlled in some extents.
