摘  要:石油天然气行业标准规定水不溶物和破胶残渣均在干态测定,测定值不能与压裂液伤害直接相关联,建议采用湿态法测定。提出了改进的Cooke法,用1000g的相对离心力在塑料离心试管中分离试液,在10毫升刻度玻璃试管中直接读出分离出的湿态固体体积。特别推荐了湿重法,即用1500g的相对离心力在玻璃离心试管中分离试样,用减差法量得分离出的湿态固体的质量,取其密度为1g/cm3,计算出湿态体积。分别用改进的Cooke法、湿重法、行标法平行测定4次,0.5%HPG压裂液基液的水不溶物平均值分别为35.5cm3/L、34.043cm3/L、452.25mg/L,标准偏差分别为1.0025%、0.2223%、1.1037%;硼交联0.5%HPG压裂液破胶残渣平均值分别为9.25cm3/L、9.144cm3/L、206.5mg/L,标准偏差分别为2.2505%、5.4316%、3.2725%。湿重法测水不溶物方便快捷,误差小,用于破胶残渣测定时误差大,尚需改进。Two characteristics of fracturing fluids,water insoluble substances(WISs) in base fluid and unliquefied residue(ULR) in broken fluid,were determined in dry state according to a relevant Trade Standard and such determinations could not be correlated to the damage caused by the fracturing fluid. An improved Cooke's method and,in particular,a wet weight method were recommended to determine the two characteristics in wet state. The test fluid was separated in plastic tube under relative centrifugal force of 1000 g and the volume of the wet solid substances separated was found directly in a 10 mL graduated glass tube by the improved Cooke's method while the test fluid was separated in glass tube under relative centrifugal force of 1500 g,the mass of the wet solid substances separated was determined on the basis of difference in mass and their volume was obtained with their density supposed to be of 1 g/cm^3 by the wet weight method. Using improved Cooke's method,wet weight method,and trade standard method,the WISs content in a 0.5% HPG base fluid averaged over 4 determinations was of 35.5 cm^3/L,34.043 cm^3/L,and 452.25 mg/L with a standard deviation(SD) of 1.0025%,0.2223%,and 1.1037%,respectively,and the ULR in a broken bor crosslinked 0.5 HPG gelled fluid averaged over 4 determinations was of 9.25 cm^3/L,9.144 cm^3/L,and 206.5 mg/L with an SD of 2.2505%,5.4316%,and 3.2725%,respectively. The wet weight method appeared to be fast,accurate and more convenient for determining WISs but much less accurate for determining ULR and needed to be improved.
