富含黏土的含水原油破乳剂的研发

摘　　要：冀中南部台4断块油田使用电潜泵提液,产出的含水原油富含黏土,最高含量达4.2g/L。针对这种原油研发了由破乳剂TA5031、松香胺聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、N-乙基全氟辛基磺酰胺聚氧乙烯醚、亚硝酸钠、维生素A、甲醇、多肽缩合试剂和水反应,制得了原油破乳剂CDKT-0127,其中所含表面活性成分可使黏土颗粒表面由亲水变亲油,从而进入原油,使脱出污水变清。按基本配方合成了一系列破乳剂样品,以200mg/L的加量在50℃用于含水30%的富含黏土混合原油的破乳脱水,得到了90分钟脱水率超过95%的3个配方破乳剂,其二元复配物的破乳脱水效果与单剂相同,在加药量测试中求得3个配方破乳剂在50℃下的最佳加量均为100mg/L。其中的7号配方破乳剂（固含量55%）已投入现场应用,加量50mg/L,在不加净水剂的情况下使净化原油含水〈0.2%,污水含油量〈50mg/L,黏土含量降至12.25mg/L。In Tai-4 faulted block oil field in Southern Central Hebei,the produced watercut crude oil was rich in clay with the highest clay content being of 4.2 g/L owing to using submersible electric pumps in oil wells. For such crude oil a demulsifier,CDKT-0127,was developed and prepared by reacting a commercial demulsifier,TA5031,rosin amine polyoxypropylene polyoxyethylene ether,N-ethyl perfluorooctyl sulfoamide polyoxyethylene ether,sodium nitrite,vitamine A,and methyl alcohol in water. The surface active substances in the demulsifier would alterate the hydrophilic surfaces of clay particles to oleophilic ones and thus promote their entrance into oil phases,leaving clear produced water. A series of samples were synthesized according to the basic formula of the demulsifier and tested in dehydrating 30% watercut and rich in clay mixed crude oil at dosage 200 mg/L and 50℃ and in result 3 formulated demulsifiers were chosen as giving hydration rate 〉95% in 90 min and showed similar dehydrating efficiancy in binary combinations; their optimum dosage was of 100 mg/L. With the No7 formulated demulsifier of active,solid substances content 55% in field use at dosage 50 mg/L,purified crude oil of 0.2% watercut and produced water of oil content 50 mg/L and clay content 12.25 mg/L were obtained without any water clearing agent introduced additionally.
