摘 要:对含油污泥掺入聚合物交联凝胶调剖剂的可能性进行了实验研究。含油污泥取自靖安油田污水处理站,含泥41.9%,含油33.5%,含水18.7%,含杂质5.9%,粒径峰值70μm,80%分布在20~200μm,用石灰粉调pH至中性。将质量分数为5%的含油污泥与1~3g/L的疏水缔合聚合物AP-P4溶液混合,加入杀菌剂和交联剂,在60℃下观察,加量10~200mg/L的醋酸铬不能使体系成胶。使用乌洛托品+苯酚+间苯二酚为交联剂,加入一种稳定剂和杀菌剂,在60℃下形成的聚合物凝胶黏度随AP-P4浓度增大而增大(0.723~49.9Pa.s),但均低于不含污泥的体系。在60℃、60天老化过程中,低AP-P4浓度(1.0,1.5g/L)含污泥凝胶黏度下降快,保留值低且发生失水收缩,较高AP-P4浓度(2.0,2.5,3.0g/L)时凝胶耐热性较好。水测渗透率为1.235~0.561μm2、长30cm的石英砂充填岩心,注入0.3PVAP-P4浓度2.0g/L的含污泥成胶体系并在60℃成胶后,封堵率超95%,水突破压力≥7.35MPa。The possibility of introducing oily sludge(OS) into polymer gelling fluid as profile modificator was studied. The OS used was taken from the produced water treating plant at Jing'an oil field and composed of 41.9% particulated deposit,33.5% oily substances,18.7% water,and 5.9% miscellaneous; the peak particle size was of 70 μm and 80% particles were in range 20—200 μm. The OS sample taken in the experimental work was neutralized by lime powder. The OS in amount of 5%,1—3 g/L hydrophobically associating polymer AP-P4 solution,a bactericide,and a crosslinker were mixed together and observed for gelation at 60℃. Any gelation did not occur with a chromium acetate crosslinker added at dosage 10—200 mg/L. When urotropine,phenol,and resorcine in mixture were used at the presence of a stabilizer and a bactericide,the polymer gel formed had a viscosity in range 0.723—49.9 Pa·s,which increased with increasing AP-P4 concentration and being lower in all cases than OS free polymer did. In the course of ageing at 60℃ in 60 days the viscosity of the OS admixtured polymer gel of lower AP-P4 concentration(1.0 and 1.5 g/L) decreased rather fast,kept at rather low level and revealed syneresis while that of higher AP-P4 concentration (2.0,2.5,and 3.0 g/L) was shown to be fairly heat resistant. In 30 cm long quartz sand packs of water permeability 1.235—0.561 μm^2,0.3 PV of organically crosslinking 5% OS+2.0 g/L AP-P4 polymer gelling fluid was injected and gelled in place at 60℃ and this treatment resulted in a plugging rate of 95% and a breakthrough pressure of ≥7.35 MPa.
