摘  要:考察了由不同相对分子质量M(6.47×106~1.06×107)和水解度(2%~25%)的5种PAM与聚乙烯亚胺PEI-C1(M为3000~3500)的蒸馏水溶液在100℃、静态条件下的成冻性能,选择1.25%HF70008(M=8.18×106、水解度2.5%的PAM)/0.625%PEI-C1为实验成冻体系。该体系在120℃、51/s下连续剪切时的表观黏度曲线包括诱导、成冻和稳定三个阶段;在110℃下,剪切速率由11/s增至201/s时,初凝时间由2162s缩短至840s;由90℃、100℃、120℃和51/s下的初凝时间按Arrhenius公式求得,该体系的表观反应活化能为61.94kJ/mol,与文献值一致。通过改变该体系中PEI-C1的用量求得HF70008与PEI-C1的临界质量比为2∶1,高于此比例的体系形成的冻胶不稳定。温度、剪切速率、PAM和PEI用量对成冻时间的影响与一般聚合物冻胶相同。The static gelation at 100℃ was studied for lots of polyethyleneimine(PEI)/polyacrylamide(PAM) solutions in distilled water,in which a PEI polymer of M=3000—3500,notated as PEI-C1,was taken and PAM polymers had M in range 6.47×10^6—1.06×10^7 and HD in range 2%—25%,and in result 1.25% HF70008/0.625% PEI-C1 solution was chosen for dynamic gelation study where HF70008 was a PAM of M=8.18×10^6 and HD=2.5%. For this experimental gelling solution(GS),the curves of apparent viscosity vs shearing time at 120℃ and 5 1/s went through stages of induction; gelation,and stabilization; the initial gelation time(IGT) was lowered from 2162 s to 840 s when the shear rate rose from 1 1/s to 20 1/s; an apparent activation energy of 61.94 kJ/mol was determined by using Arrhenius equation from IGT data at 90℃,100℃,and 120℃ and at 5 1/s shear rate. For the GS of varying PEI-C1 concentration,a critical limit of HF70008 to PEI-C1 mass ratio of 2:1 was found and beyond this limit the gel formed was not stable. The effects of temperature,shear rate,and concentrations of PAM and PEI upon the gelation time of PEI-C1/HF70008 solution were similar to that for standard polymer gelling systems.
