摘　　要：高血压是一种由遗传因素和环境因素共同作用而引起的多基因遗传性疾病,且最常见的心血管疾病,是一个无声的杀手,最终结局就是靶器官的损害,严重威胁着人类健康。现拟高血压病从血管到心、脑、肾、眼、听力、认知功能方面的危害、发生发展,以及对上述靶器官损害的相关机制进行综述。Hypertension is a kind of polygene hereditary diseases which combined action by hereditary factor and environmental factor,and it＇s the most hackneyed cardiovascular disease,it＇s a soundless killer,and the final result injures target organs,to harm our health seriously.This article reviews hypertension＇s pernicious from vascular to heart,brain,kidney,eyes and audition as well as cognitive function,and it＇s incidence,development and interrelated mechanism processed about target organs injuries.
