摘  要:胜坨油田经过40多年的开发,提液是保持稳产的重要技术措施。针对胜坨油田不同举升工艺能耗现状,对低能耗提液配套技术进行了研究和应用,不同举升工艺在提液量增加的情况下,各举升工艺可靠性增强,运行高效,提液单耗普遍下降,2008年与2007年各项指标同期对比,提液单耗由7.44kWh/m3下降到7.2kWh/m3;实施有杆泵泵径升级,提液单耗由7.8kWh/m3下降到4.8kWh/m3;实施大排量螺杆泵提液,提液单耗下降1.21kWh/m3,节电率达到24.6%;实施潜油电泵节能优化配套,平均单井日节电439.6kWh;由此基本实现了"液量上升,提液单耗基本不变"的低能耗提液战略,为油田低能耗、可持续开发提供了技术支持。Shengtuo oilfield has been developed for 40 years,improving liquid rate is an important technical measure to keep stable production.Aiming at energy consumption status of various lifting technology in this oilfield,matching technology of improving liquid rate with low energy consumption was studied.Field application results indicated that the reliability and efficiency of these various lifting technologies were enhanced under improving liquid rate condition.Comparison study of various index between 2007 and 2008 showed:energy consumption of unit improved liquid rate was decreased from 7.44kWh/m3 to 7.2kWh/m3,after rod pump diameter upgrade,the unit energy consumption was decreased from 7.8kWh/m3 to 4.8kWh/m3,after implementation of the improving liquid rate technology by using large displacement screw pump,the unit energy consumption was decreased by 1.21kWh/m3,and power saving rate was 24.6%.The average daily power saving amount of single well was 439.6kWh by using electric submersible pump,which basically realized the improving liquid rate strategy with low energy consumption.
