摘 要:稠油油藏具有高孔高渗的地质特征,钻井过程中因钻井液滤失极易带来严重的储层伤害问题。认清储层孔隙结构特征设计合理的保护储层的钻井液体系是稠油油藏高效开发的前提。原钻井液室内实验研究结果表明,该钻井液存在滤饼形成不好,渗透率返排效果较差的缺点。针对钻井液储层损害特征,设计了保护储层的屏蔽暂堵钻井液体系,室内实验结果保护效果良好,钻井液污染岩心后泥滤饼在很短时间就可以形成,暂堵率在较短的时间就能达到99%,渗透率返排恢复率值可达到90%以上。该技术为设计具有高效封堵效率及高返排恢复率的储层保护钻井液液体系提供了依据。The heavy oil reservoir have the characters of high porosity and high permeability,the serious formation damage will be caused by the drilling fluids loss during the drilling.Recognizing the pore structure and designing the reasonable drilling fluid system for protection reservoir are prerequisite for efficient development of the heavy oil reservoirs.The experiment results of original drilling fluid showed that the drilling fluid had the features of the poor filter cake,and the low permeability flow back effect.According to the reservoir damage characteristics of drilling fluid,the temporary plugging drilling fluid system for protection reservoirs have been developed,and the experiment results were very good,the mud cake could be formed in few minutes after the fluid contaminate core,and the temporary blocking rate could be up to 99% in a short time,the flowback recovery rate could reach 90%.
